The General Manager holds primary, day-to-day accountability for Mantra Journey's dispensary operations in Bardstown, Kentucky — providing hands-on leadership across patient care, regulatory compliance, inventory, and staff. The GM works in regular consultation with the COO and shares joint authority with the COO on payroll, staffing, and hiring decisions. Unlike front-line patient-service staff, who are limited to factual, label-based product information, the GM provides direct patient counseling on medical cannabis use, strain selection, and consumption considerations.
